Nestie Accessibility Statement

We want Nestie to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, or keyboard-only navigation.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across the Nestie app and website. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive differences.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add features we test for sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for images, labels on form fields, and keyboard operability, and we work to fix issues we find.

What we do

• Contrast. We design text and interface elements to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios so they stay readable.
• Text alternatives. Meaningful images and icons carry text descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology so they don't add noise.
• Labels. Form fields and interactive controls are labeled so screen readers can announce what they do.
• Keyboard access. Core flows can be operated with a keyboard, and we support the text-scaling and reduced-motion settings your device provides.

Known limitations

Because we are a small team shipping frequently, some newer areas may not yet fully meet every AA criterion. We treat accessibility problems as bugs and prioritize them accordingly.

Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if you can. We read every message and will work with you to find a fix or an alternative.
