Nestie is a home-maintenance app for iPhone that builds a personalized upkeep plan for your exact home and reminds you when each task matters, made for first-time and newer homeowners in the US.
Our story
Owning a home has never been harder or more expensive.
I started building Nestie in the middle of a renovation that went sideways. It took more than twice as long as it was supposed to, and it cost more than double what I'd planned for. That was stressful, and honestly a little scary. But the part that stuck with me wasn't the money. It was realizing how little I'd actually been doing to take care of my home and keep it safe, and how much of what went wrong probably didn't have to happen.
Your home is the most expensive thing you'll ever own, and the most likely to fall apart.
For most of us, a home is the biggest purchase we'll ever make. And most homes are older than we give them credit for. The median American home is now more than 40 years old, and a lot of them weren't built with today's demands in mind. So the most valuable thing you own is also one of the most likely to break. When it breaks, it's usually an emergency, not a weekend project.
It shouldn't cost you your peace of mind.
A water heater that quits or a roof that starts leaking shouldn't mean draining your emergency fund and lying awake wondering what comes next. It shouldn't put your family's finances at risk. People aren't careless about their homes. They just never got handed a plan.

When a job calls for a pro, a real person reads your request and helps you figure out what it needs. In the Kansas City metro, that includes recommending vetted local pros you work with directly.
$4.99 a month, month to month
One price covers everything after a 7-day free trial. There are no tiers to upgrade through and no annual contract, so if Nestie stops earning its keep, you can cancel anytime.
You’re the customer, not the product
Your subscription pays for Nestie, not advertisers. There are no ads and no advertising trackers, we don’t sell your data, and you can delete your account and everything in it from the app at any time.

The team behind Nestie
Nestie is built by a solo founder and homeowner in Kansas City, Kansas, and run by Formenos Group LLC, formed in 2026. It’s small on purpose: the person who reads your feedback is the person who ships the fix.
Concierge draws on a small bench of vetted Kansas City pros: an interior designer, a general contractor, a handyman, and a realtor. They’re independent businesses we trust, not Nestie employees.
